What is your mission?

Above all else, we aim to lift One Million people out of digital exclusion.  Everything else is a means to this end. To bring quality IT Advice, help and expertise to the people, community organisations, charities, and businesses of the North East of England. To give something back to the community in which I grew up. We’re in the business of making available technology that was once the preserve of large enterprises, to small businesses right down to sole traders. We are unique because we: * Take a Buddhist approach to the ethics of doing business
* Offer high value services at a reasonable rate for small businesses
* We take a proactive approach to IT so that: 
IT is not a cost to the business
IT is not a significant risk to the business
IT is not the cause of productivity loss
IT contributes to the bottom line of the business

Do you know everything?

No. But I studied electronics, computer engineering, and software engineering at Gateshead College, Teesside Uni (nee Polytechnic) and The Open University, lectured for Gateshead College, took part in the development of the IT NVQ Qualifications, taught NVQ Level 3 in Computer Applications, and worked in other computer and IT-related fields too.   Also, just because I might not know something, doesn't mean I can't help.  My strengths are that I'm a problem solver, an engineer and a fixer. But if I can't help, I won't kid you, though I'll usually be able to find you someone who can.
