This week at Munki Computer Help was busier than ever. Loads of bread and butter work with some great new and existing customers :)
A new customer, Berny, said, "Excellent, professional, and friendly service... My laptop was picked up and dropped off and I was kept up to date about the progress of the repairs. I was given a full explanation of the repairs carried out and recommendations on how to maintain the performance. I would highly recommend the service and will use it again in future for any other issues."
I also fixed up a dying gaming PC, did a tricky screen repair, created a cloud network, and got Linux running on a very old Chromebook. It wasn't all sunshine and roses. I did fail to rescue some data from a dead hard drive and to configure some old TP-Link AV600 wifi extenders on a new BT router. Very disappointed about that :( but you can't win 'em all.
Other positives were some great networking meetings with other business people in different parts of the country, some great ideas and collaborations going on to build a business and help more people. Also, wine on a Friday after a busy week :)
